Village Creek Bible Camp started out in 1970 as just a big idea, but with faith and determination has become the beautiful camp that so many people each year love to return to.

Our Facility (Q & A)
How many acres does the camp own? 220 acres

What are all the areas of VCBC? The camp has several areas:
The Lodge started off as the first building converted from an old barn. The lodge serves as the dining hall and it also houses nine of our cabins and also a large lounge.
The Heckman House is where our craft room is located and it also houses our summer staff and family camp cabins.
The Bunkhouse first floor is our indoor chapel and the second floor is where four more of our cabins are located, with each room having it's own bathroom.
The Activity Center was completed in 1997. This center has a full size basketball court, that can be converted into two volley ball courts. The Activity Center also includes a game room and a snack bar. This is also where all of our administrative offices are.
The Cabin Area is where our more secluded cabins are. There are five large cabins that can each be split into to two separate rooms. There is also a bathhouse that is shared by all four cabins.
The Lake is a very popular area at VCBC. Central lake is a 2.2 acre man made lake. The lake can reach 25 feet in some areas. Our lake has more than enough room for a large roped in swimming area, "The Blob", more than enough area to canoe and plenty of places to fish our well stocked lake. The Lake also has small beach house.
The Challenge Course is built in the tops of several large White Pine trees. The Challenge Course starts off with a 50 foot tree climb, to "Burma Bridge". Burma Bridge is a three rope bridge suspended 40 feet in the air between two White Pine trees, and leading to the "Leap of Faith". The Leap of Faith is the final area of The Challenge Course where you leap out and catch a trapeze, and then are lowered down atop the beautiful Pulpit Rock.
The Outdoor Chapel is just that, an Outdoor Chapel with Theater style seating.
Stable is where our 18+ beautiful, well trained horses are kept. The horses at VCBC have several acres to roam and graze while they are not entertaining guests. The stable has a small tack shed and a large hay barn for shelter and hay storage.
Archery Range is another popular hang out amongst the many visitors each year. During the summer our young campers are taught the fine art of Archery at different levels. The Archery Range consists of 6 targets and a small supply shed.
Team Challenge is our obstacle course with groups in mind. We here at VCBC value building unity and team work, so to help strengthen the bonds between the many groups that are formed here are at VCBC we have created the Team Challenge course.
